The 2026 Acura Integra comes with more standard equipment, three new color choices, and an A-spec trim with more glitz. The powertrain and chassis carry-on.
After returning to the market from a long hiatus in 2023, Acura updated the Integra for 2026 to keep up with the times. The Integra receives more standard equipment, three new colors to choose from, and a sportier style for the A-spec trim.

MORE STANDRARD TECH INSIDE
This update looks a lot like what Honda changed for the 2026 CR-V. Just like that compact crossover, Acura made the larger 9-in center display standard, bringing standard wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto along for the ride. A new processor ensures lag free use. In 2023, the standard display measured 7-in and required a wire for smartphone connectivity. For good measure, the premium brand threw in a standard wireless smartphone charger for 2026 too.
Unchanged, the already standard, fully digital, 10.2-in instrument cluster. But Acura did update the trim pattern on the dashboard. Generally speaking, the interior still looks a lot like the eleventh-generation Honda Civic with just a bit more polish. Fine by me.

A-SPEC STUNNER
For the A-Spec trim, Acura turned up with styling heat a notch. That trim now gets a subtle aero-body kit. You see gloss black side pillar on the front fascia now. And Acura added gloss black side sills as well. The two elements to add to the look. But the gloss black, 18-in wheels do most of the work to draw the eye.
Inside, you get a bit of ambient lighting now. And, if you choose the Orchid interior, you get blue micro suede insets. That’s cool. But I much prefer the Ebony interior, which offers yellow stitching on the seats, steering wheel, shift boot, and door panels.

NEW COLORS AND MORE
The Integra line-up as a whole sees three new color choices on the options list: Solar Silver Metallic, Urban Gray Pearl, and Double Apex Blue Pearl. I recently saw Solar Silver Metallic on the 2026 Honda CR-V EX-L. I first laid eyes on Urban Gray Pearl when I reviewed the updated, 2024 Acura TLX. And the ZDX reveal showcased Double Apex Blue Pearl. Of the three, I’m personally most fond of the Gray.
Another fun coloring choice. Acura will color match the grille if you go with Urban Gray Pearl or Platinum White Pearl paint colors.

MUCH CARRIES OVER
Mechanically speaking, however, Acura left the Integra alone. Power still comes from a turbocharged 1.5-liter inline-four-cylinder engine that produces 200 HP at 6000 rpm and 192 lb.-ft between 1800-5000 rpm. And while a continuously variable transmission handles gear ratio duties in much of the line-up, you can still choose a six-speed manual. You should, by the way, because that also adds a limited-slip differential to the package.
And, of course, all the power goes to the front axle to power along a five-door fastback body. Furthermore, Acura offers adjustable shock absorbers to really liven up the response in the sport driving mode. And the Integra still famously drives brilliantly well. Finally, no word on the Integra Type-S, which means its still a ten out of ten in my book.
But Acura missed yet another opportunity to bump up the horsepower of the base Integra. 220 HP sounds a lot more appropriate than 200 in the modern age. Alas, it still matches the Honda Civic Si. Sigh.
SUMMARY
Fittingly enough, the Integra update comes on the 40th anniversary of the Inaugural car, the first-generation Integra joined the Legend for the brand’s opening salvo in 1986. And, if you like what you’ve read, you won’t have to wait long, expect the 2026 Integra to arrive at dealers before the end of August.
When they do, I expect prices to not rise much from the current $34,195 base price, which includes the $1195 destination charge.
Despite the carryover chassis and engine, I will happily use this update as an excuse for more seat time in this quick hatchback. More standard equipment with exquisite fun behind the wheel sounds lovely to me!
